Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy. It is a Japanese hands-on healing technique. Reiki healing treatments stimulate physical, mental and emotional healing, energetic rebalancing and spiritual growth. It works by the transference of Reiki (a high vibrational healing energy) through the practitioners hands to the client where it is used on whichever level is most appropriate for the person at that time.

The Reiki healing energy accelerates the body's natural healing ability and often confers insights into the cause of the problem. Reiki can be used with Crystals to accelerate the healing ability, enhancing the clearing and cleansing of the chakras. Also Reiki can help animals and plants.

Reflexology - is an holistic therapy which works on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands corresponding to all internal organs and areas of the body.
