After the course, a period of 21 days self-healing needs to take place. After which a follow-up meeting is arranged, this allows for any questions that may have been arisen during your self-healing period to be answered, I will also be able to check your progress.

You will then be able to continue to self-heal and give Reiki to family, friends, pets, plants and take part in Reiki Share groups.

Course Content:

• Introduction to the history of Reiki. 
• What Reiki is. 
• How Reiki works. 
• The 5 principles of Reiki. 
• You will receive three attunements which will elevate the physical vibratory level, clears the healing channel, clears blocked energy and enable a more intense healing energy to flow through you. 
• Introduction to the Major Chakras and there associated crystals. 

• Learn about what subtle energy bodies and auras are. 
• Learn how to self-heal, what hand positions to use and the importance of the 21 days period of self-healing. 
• Do a full hour of Self-healing
• Learn how to give reiki to others, what hand positions to use and the correct sequence to use.
• Give a reiki healing session on someone else. 
• Learn how to give reiki for healing animals and plants.
• Learn the importance of honouring Reiki and the Reiki Principles.

• Receive your Reiki degree level I certificate on completion of the course. 
• Receive a colourful manual with illustrations for reference during and after the course. 
• Receive your Reiki lineage that is traced back to Dr. Usui. 
• Receive on-going support during and after the course.
